About Coaching and Coaching Sessions
Coaching offers clarity, focus, and ongoing support for your dreams, goals, and challenges. Divorce coaching is about helping you develop resilience and ongoing support through three major stages: The emotional stage, the legal stage and the financial phase. Divorce coaching is cost effective because it provides the necessary clarity that helps you move through the process in a faster and smoother way.
My approach to coaching is based on a co-creative relationship. I believe you and I are equals in planning change and designing action-oriented strategies to help you achieve your goals. Through intent listening, I will help you raise your awareness by making suggestions, pointing out options, and providing perspectives. Please note:
When you are experiencing the impact of divorce, you need a divorce coach to sort out what is most important to you. I'm trained to ask skilled and open-ended questions. When I hear something significant, I will ask a question that will help you arrive at a significant insight; that insight, in turn, will help move you forward to another meaningful insight. By the end of the session, we will plan some course of action that you will take before our next session.
I am here to guide you in discovering your own wisdom and solutions. You may wonder or have doubts about this as you are experiencing a myriad of roller coaster emotions, but you are the only one who knows about you. When you realize this, you will feel the magical effects of coaching.
What can you expect to get from divorce coaching during this trying time? First and foremost, the support you need to get through this massive life transition. Once we have gotten through the initial stages of loss (grief, anger, denial, etc.), and the financial and legal organization for the process of divorce, we can begin the work of creating something new.

Through intent listening, I will help you raise your awareness by making suggestions, pointing out options, and providing perspectives. Please note:
- I am not a therapist, counselor, or consultant.
- My most important goal is to help you actualize the goals you have chosen.
- My focus is exclusively on you and your growth.
- My role is to listen carefully to you without judgment.
